Health and Safety Engineer (HSE Engineer) - Thessaloniki
Η Knauf Γυψοποιία Α.Β.Ε.Ε., βιομηχανία παραγωγής δομικών υλικών, αναζητά Μηχανικό Υγείας και Ασφάλειας για το εργοστάσιο της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Περιγραφή θέσης
· Διενέργεια εκτιμήσεων κινδύνου (Risk Assessments) σε όλα τα τμήματα του εργοστασίου με καθήκοντα τεχνικού ασφαλείας.
· Παρακολούθηση και βελτίωση υφισταμένων διαδικασιών ασφαλείας
· Παρακολούθηση μηνιαίων δεικτών απόδοσης συστήματος Υγείας και Ασφάλειας (leading & lagging KPIs)
· Πραγματοποίηση εκπαιδεύσεων Υγείας και Ασφάλειας στο προσωπικό της εταιρείας
· Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ασκήσεων έκτακτης ανάγκης
· Παρακολούθηση, συντήρηση και βελτιστοποίηση συστήματος ISO 45001 και πραγματοποίηση σχετικών εσωτερικών επιθεωρήσεων
· Διενέργεια workshops επίλυσης προβλημάτων (RCA)
· Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Συνεχούς Βελτίωσης.
Απαιτούμενα προσόντα
· Πτυχίο Μηχανικού
· Σχετική προϋπηρεσία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον (τουλάχιστον 1 έτος)
· Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
· Πιστοποιημένος Επιθεωρητής συστήματος ISO 45001 (επιθυμητό)
