The Content Creator is responsible for developing, creating, and managing high-quality content that aligns with the company’s brand strategy and marketing goals. This role involves producing engaging written, visual, and multimedia content to drive audience engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support marketing campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Content Development:
- Create original and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Develop content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new ideas and concepts for content.
2. Writing and Editing:
- Write clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly copy for digital and print media.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Research industry-related topics to create informative and relevant content.
3. Visual Content Creation:
- Design and produce visual content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and images.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to create multimedia content.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and enhances the overall message.
4. Brand-Focused Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for brand-related content, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Create brand messaging that aligns with the company's voice, tone, and values.
- Write clear and impactful taglines, slogans, and brand narratives that enhance brand identity.
5. Campaign and Project Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute branding campaigns.
- Craft compelling copy for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all campaign content aligns with the brand’s strategy and objectives.
6. Brand Voice and Messaging:
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content and channels.
- Work closely with branding and design teams to ensure cohesion between copy and visual elements.
- Review and edit copy produced by other team members to ensure it adheres to brand guidelines.
7. Editing and Proofreading:
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Ensure all content is free from errors and adheres to brand guidelines.
8. Campaign Support:
- Support marketing campaigns with targeted content creation, including landing pages, newsletters, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of content in driving engagement and conversions.
9. Content Strategy:
- Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that align with business goals.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality.
10. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to gather information and create relevant content.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as freelancers and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
- Advanced level in Arabic , French and English.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar industry or field.
- Canva, Illustrator
- Knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
