We are now looking for another team member to join us in the HR Department as the Plant HR Manager.

What you’ll be doing:
HR Operations & Business Partnership:
- Act as an advisor to the Plant Manager and department heads for all people related processes and decisions.
- Work with plant leadership team to develop a strong talent pipeline through various HR processes.
- Deploy the Global Competency Framework in the plant and ensure adherence to the framework in all HR processes.
- Oversee daily HR Operations to ensure efficient and effective HR Service delivery.
- Implement HR Policies, procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Manage employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and seek necessary approvals.
- Partner with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to allocated HC and ensure timely hiring against vacancies in liaison with Talent Acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to yearly manpower budget for allocated manpower plan.
- Critically evaluate external talent to ensure right hire - cultural evaluation and potential evaluation.
Employee Onboarding:
- Ensure new employees are provided a smooth onboarding experience- preparation of induction plan, coordination of meetings and ensuring immersion into business quickly.
- Act as a buddy for the new joiner and ensure all paperwork/documentation are completed.
- Maintain frequent (weekly/monthly) check ins with the new joiners.
Performance Management
- Ensure effective deployment of end-to-end People Processes including Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Org design, span & layers.
- Train department heads, managers and supervisors on the performance management process.
- Support the performance management process by providing resources and guidance to managers and employees.
Culture and workplace
- Monitor and report employee pulse through regular engagement with employees.
- Co-create and drive employee engagement plans and maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives and develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace.
- Provide HR support during organizational changes.
- Support health and safety initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Drive key Change initiatives in the Plant to ensure engagement, development as well as productivity improvement.
- Ensuring Plant compliance related to all Plant/ Labor Laws
- Foster and nurture a smooth Industrial relations climate by working closely with the Shop floor team in ensuring right behaviours/ discipline.
- Handling / dealing with employee complaints, grievances and resolve it timely/ proactively and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
- Facilitate communication between employees and management.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.
Training & Development:
- Implement training programs in alignment with country/regional L&D strategy.
- Identify local/specific training needs (if any) and coordinate the delivery with Corporate People team/relevant managers & department heads.
- Ensure nomination of employees for all training programs, drive communication to increase participation and resolve queries regarding the programs for employees.
- Implement all regional and global training programs in coordination with corporate/regional people team.
- Monitor training attendance and maintain training records, as required.
- Ensure implementation and utilization of LMS in plant for all employees.
HR Projects & Initiatives
- Collaborate with Country/Regional People team to implement HR projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress in plant and provide regular updates to senior management.

Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, standards, and regulations specific to the plant environment.
- Proven track record of managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts effectively.
