What you’ll be doing:
Candidate will be responsible for managing & growing project business in mentioned geography thru Developers, Builders, Contractors & Architects.
Critical dimensions of this role shall be to drive lead generation, cross-functional team work with Specifications team, religiously practice One CRM tool, sales planning (daily/weekly/monthly) with Manager and time bound execution.
Candidate will be required to keep strong hold on residential & commercial segments and is expected to drive business growth thru builders & contractors.
Role will demand keeping strong hold on market dynamics in terms of competition moves/ latest products/pricing strategies etc.
