QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor/Master's degree with a focus on business, marketing, digital marketing, or related fields,
• 5-7 years prior experience in a similar role, change management and large-scale (digital) transformation,
• Experience in marketing, and digital projects in construction or other B2B industries is also a plus,
• Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel,
• Strong customer mindset and stakeholder management skills with the ability to analyzing the needs of global / region,
• Strong knowledge of content development, SEM and network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous,
• Advanced presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders,
• Advanced conceptual change management skills with a strong sense of critical issues/requirements and a great deal of empathy,
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously,
• Strong structural/analytic mindset and comfortable managing multiple deliverables with multiple inputs, often with high-impact, time-sensitive requirements,
• Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
• Fluent in English, verbal and written; German is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining SR / LR marketing vision of Knauf Türkiye and annual marketing plan,
• Developing and implementing marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitoring their success,
• Responsible for 360°integrated marketing communications (online & offline) and defining key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success,
• Managing Knauf Türkiye’s all digital transformation processes,
• Providing service about shaping complex platform transformation programs,
• Determining strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals,
• Creating internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale,
• Shaping digital-led transformation strategies and proactively plan digital engagement activities by working with related departments,
• Defining a digital transformation vision, value roadmap, high-level target solution designs and target experiences.
