Knauf Egypt; one of the leading companies in Gypsum boards and all affiliated components of Drywall Systems in Egypt is hiring a “Maintenance Manager” in the Company Plant located in the city of Attaqa, Suez.

Key Facts & Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferably) / Electrical Engineering.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience is required in this position or a position similar in size and importance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very Good written and spoken English.
• Good organizational, leadership and motivational skills.
• Good Problem-solving skills.
• Good Project Management skills.
• Ability to work in a Team (team player).
• Excellent knowledge of SAP system.

Required Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts.
• Manage the budget from identification till completion of Maintenance.
• Create cost Maintenance reports with analysis tools for visualization.
• Identify the yearly KPIs with monitoring to be sure its achievement (Downtime, Maintenance time, cost, trucks running hours).
• Ensure the planning of Preventive maintenance in the entire plant.
• Ensure the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance in the entire plant.
• Ensure the planning & execution of Preventive maintenance of the fleet.
• Plan, negotiate & assure the execution of maintenance contracts according to the technical specs and pre-planned budget.
• Prepare the Investment Budget according to the projects approved by Plant Manager.
• Ensure the progress of each investment until the final setup of installation.
• Monitor and control the investment budget.
• Manage the spare Parts stock with consuming or requesting special stocks.
• Ensure the PM SAP system is going according to company standard (stocks MRP, work orders, confirmed hours, planned maintenance, service PRs & POs, etc.)
• Manage, coach, & develop the performance of the Maintenance team.
• Ensure the maintenance team is trained, equipped, and motivated so the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
• Communicate KPIs from the strategic annual plan so that each employee is aware.
• Assess & evaluate each one of the team individually to have a better performance.
• Plan For the Maintenance team training with focusing on the weak points of each one.
• Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
